PRODUCTION APPLICATION
• Gravure, flexo, lamination

COMPONENTS
• Stainless steel probe to be placed in the ink container
• Optional: stainless steel probe to be positioned in the ink tray
• Interface for level measurement

OPERATION
• Based on the control and measurement of pressure inside the ink container/reservoir
• Compatible with multiple container sizes and types
• Provides the value of the corresponding liquid column and transforms it into weight, regardless of the specific weight

SCREEN OPTION
• PC touch screen display from 15″ to 21 “
• HMI touch screen display da 4.3″ a 15″

INTERFACE
• The data can be consulted via a web browser from any computer on the company network
• The level values are available with Ethernet interface, via MODBUS / TCP protocol
• It is possible to consult the database for analysis of efficiency, productivity, quality, statistics and cost evaluation
• The stored data can be exported to the ERP system used by the customer

• Power supply: 230Vac, if requested 115Vac or +24Vdc.
