Inkmaker offers ink dispensing solutions for a variety of materials, including water-based or solvent-based, high-viscosity or liquid products. Different systems are available for different product lines, and automatic cleaning systems are provided where necessary.

Each system is designed to simplify operations and requires minimal maintenance. Inkmaker offers a wide range of solutions, including small, medium, and large dispensing heads, as well as water or solvent-based, offset, and UV options.

Inkmaker’s R&D department has developed its own innovative, efficient, and user-friendly proprietary software. Available in over 30 languages, the software can operate from small compact units to complex industrial systems.

In addition to dispensing systems, Inkmaker also provides engineering, installation, and offers a reliable after-sales service, customizing each system according to a customer’s specific needs.

P-Series

The P-Series solution, available in 32, 48, 72 or 96 multi-stage dispensing valves, due to their patented centre point dispensing, can dispense into containers of any size. Valves are individually activated through a pneumatic cylinder, without rotating mechanical parts or motors, making the system efficient and user-friendly.

The Croma features a fixed-valve dispensing head, equipped with a stainless-steel dripping pan to collect and channel washing liquid into a dedicated container. Components may be stored in drums, IBC or other containers, and pumped directly to the dispensing head via a piping network.

GT36

GT36

The GT36 valves are mounted on independently operated swinging arms, each carrying two dispensing valves, which can operate singularly or in pairs, to double the dispensing flow. For a selected number of components, four valves can be used simultaneously (two arms engaged together); this effectively quadruples the flow. The GT36 can dispense in containers with very small diameters.

PESA

PESA

The PESA is a manual-blending system suitable for handling various products; offset, flexo, screen and rotogravure inks, paints, coatings, and additives.

The system’s software displays the weight of a component during dosing. If the weight exceeds the allowed tolerance the software alerts the operator, who may then prompt the software, to reformulate to compensate for the error.

The Pesa’s high-precision-electronic scale transmits the weight to our “self-calibrating” software, IMAESTRO—developed in-house by IM GROUP. Production and traceability are simplified via bar-code/QR-code systems equipped with smart device powered by our IMAESTRO Mobile App and bar-code label printer.

Pre-QC & Laboratory Units

The Pre-QC process is Inkmaker’s smart and highly user-friendly method to ensure complete uniformity between QC samples and production batches.

Pre-QC can be executed in two different manners:

Inkmaker offers the option to adapt the primary production unit to perform both tasks; preparing QC samples and producing regular batches.
Inkmaker can integrate a specially designed laboratory unit into a system, which is designed to automatically generate laboratory-sized QC samples.

Both approaches guarantee the utmost level of precision.
