Additives can be stored in dedicated containers and, when needed, pumped into stainless steel hoppers mounted on electronic scales. Once the precise amount of each additive has been measured, they are automatically transferred through a custom-designed distribution system directly to the process tanks without any human intervention, eliminating potential human errors.

With real-time monitoring and dedicated pumps, for handling individual additives, our system guarantees that correct sequences are followed and that only the correct quantity of additives is used. Additionally, our software controlled automated cleaning, of the additives’ dispensing hopper, avoids any possible cross-contamination issues.

INKTRASYST Cx

The ceramic ink distribution network of Inkmaker is the most advanced system for transferring ink to ceramic digital-printer cartridges, quickly and precisely. It is a turnkey system that can be deeply customized to suit any production need.

Pre-QC & Laboratory Units

The Pre-QC process is Inkmaker’s smart and highly user-friendly method to ensure complete uniformity between QC samples and production batches.

Pre-QC can be executed in two different manners:

Inkmaker offers the option to adapt the primary production unit to perform both tasks; preparing QC samples and producing regular batches.
Inkmaker can integrate a specially designed laboratory unit into a system, which is designed to automatically generate laboratory-sized QC samples.

Both approaches guarantee the utmost level of precision.
